Big East Tournament

Logo from the Big East.

Syracuse has one game left in the regular season and it should be a win against lowly DePaul.

If the Orange finish the season, will they climb into the top four of the Big East and gain a double-bye for the conference tournament?

Well, it doesn't look good after Louisville upset Pittsburgh in overtime on Sunday.

The Cardinals should mop up Providence at home, before visiting West Virgina to end the season.

St. John's has two games left against Seton Hall and South Florida.

I'm giving the Johnnies two victories to place a game ahead of the Orange.

Ditto for U of L, but the Cardinals are just 3-5 in Big East road games this season.

So maybe there is hope.

Rugters

RUTGERS SUCKS. (Although they have been playing pretty decently and upset 'Nova the other week).

Victory At Last!

Finally a victory for the Orange on their home court. I didn't get to see most of the game, but from what I watched, Triche is the new catalyst for the offense. Digger was right though, if KrisJo and/or Scoop do not pick up their games, its going to be a short BE tourney and a short NCAA run.

'Cuse v. WVU - WHO YA GOT?

Orange v. Mountaineers. Coming off consecutive losses, including a horrible horrible horrible loss to a crappy Georgetown team at the Dome, the Orange cannot feel good about this game. This will make or break the season for the 'Cuse. I suspect if they do lose, they will go into full rebuilding mode and start playing the freshmen more minutes. Feel bad for Jackson, but he has been sucking these past few games.

Who ya got tonight? Another loss or a victory for the Orange?

All is Right with the World Response

Hey Peej, check the scoreboard - game one at Fenway goes to my Yanks. Willing to give Joba "the Hutt" Chamberlain his props after he shut down the BoSox? I might regret bragging a little early since there are still lots of games to be played, but it feels so nice right now (I know we still trail in the standings).

All Is Right In The World

Sorry kids. Been busy lately. 4th of July, moving, chasin' the ladies.
But now, just before the All Star break, All is right in the world.

For, you see, the Sox are in 1st of the AL East.
Fuck you, Jays, Yanks, and now Rays.
